Our pricing structure is contingent upon two primary factors: location and the scope of the training or service to be provided. Consequently, it is challenging to furnish an exact average cost without more specific information. To determine the most cost-efficient approach, we initiate an initial consultation with your organization to assess your precise requirements and collaborate with you to identify the most economical pricing strategy.
Note: travel costs are not included in the service fees. Costs associated with traveling to and from the location are billed separately.
This fee exclusively pertains to the formal training session. Please be aware that it is not levied based solely on our presence at a particular location, but rather, it is applicable exclusively for the duration spent delivering the training in front of your organization.
This fee is specifically tied to the instructor(s) who have to travel to deliver training. We recognize that charging the same hourly rate for our presence at a given location, while we await the opportunity to deliver our training materials to your organization, may not be equitable.

This fee is applicable solely to our assessment services and is structured as a more cost-effective option compared to our standard hourly training sessions. We invest an extended duration on-site to conduct our assessment work. It's important to note that this fee is incurred only during the time our team is actively on-site and not for mere presence in your location area. Typically, during assessments, our team dedicates 4 to 6 hours per day on-site.
For both pre-onsite and post-offsite work, we apply an hourly fee to account for the costs associated with the work performed.
The cost of travel varies depending on several factors, including distance, location, trip duration, and project-specific requirements:
We invoice separately for travel time to and from the location. The only fixed fee pertains to daily per diem, set between $75 to $250 per day depending on the location's cost of living.
Prior to commencing any work, we will furnish you with a comprehensive estimated breakdown of travel expenses. Please be aware that these estimates may be subject to change due to external factors. We will discuss all cost-related details during a pre-meeting before onsite arrival, allowing for potential adjustments and modifications to the cost structure associated with all our services.

Our In-Person Training Coordination Service is specifically designed for organizations that authorize participants to reside at a designated hotel venue for the agreed-upon training location.
This service is exclusively available for groups comprising 10 or more participants. The service fee is a one-time fee per training session, and it is tiered based on the number of participants:
Note: Please be advised that the fee in question is remitted to Wellness Tactical and is exclusive of any expenses associated with the travel of organization employees to the training location. The organization shall bear the costs related to employee travel.
